Journalism for Peace and Social Reconciliation (Peace Journalism)

Journalists must always consider social harmony in their work. During times of riots, conflicts between groups, tensions between countries or castes, reporting should be gentle and aim to bring minds together. Journalism should consistently play this reconciliatory role. ‘Voice of Media’ insists that this approach should be adopted in daily journalism, not just during crises.

The organization is taking initiatives through education, training, fellowships, and awards to promote journalism that fosters peace and social reconciliation. All subjects and activities of ‘Voice of Media’ will be committed to this cause.
